EmployAbility Announces Leadership Updates to Strengthen Programs and Services

These changes reflect our commitment to expanding opportunities and delivering excellent service across all areas of our organization.

Shelly Hampton: Supporting Families and Leading Day Service Case Management

Shelly Hampton recently joined the EmployAbility team and brings years of experience in social work and human services. Her career has been dedicated to supporting people facing life’s toughest challenges, including homelessness, domestic violence, and at-risk populations.

Shelly is not only a compassionate advocate but also a friendly, approachable resource for families. Whether you’re exploring day service options or need ongoing support, Shelly will walk alongside you every step of the way.

Shenequa Gresham: Vice President of Developmental Disabilities — Leading Day Services

Shenequa Gresham, EmployAbility’s Vice President of Developmental Disabilities, will now take the lead for Day Services. Shenequa has been a vital leader in our organization, always focusing on creating enriching, person-centered programs that help individuals thrive in their daily lives and build social connections.

If you are looking to enroll in our Day Services or need assistance, Shelly Hampton is the first person to contact. As EmployAbility’s Developmental Disability Professional and Case Manager, Shelly will be your primary point of contact for day service inquiries. She is committed to providing families and individuals with timely, compassionate support. If an issue needs further attention, Shenequa will be the next person to help resolve it.

Danielle Frizzell: Vice President of Programs and Services — Leading Employment Services

Danielle Frizzell has stepped into her new role as Vice President of Programs and Services, where she will now lead EmployAbility’s Employment Services division, including Pre-Employment and Supported Employment Services. Danielle’s journey with EmployAbility began in our prevocational catering program, where she discovered a passion for helping individuals develop real-world job skills.

Her unique background—holding degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry—combined with nearly a decade of teaching the Advanced Pastry Program at Savannah Technical College, gives her a fresh, creative approach to workforce development. Danielle has steadily grown with the organization, expanding her impact across multiple training and service areas.

In her new role, Danielle will oversee all employment-focused programs, including Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS), Supported Employment, Job Seekers. She will lead efforts to build strong community partnerships and increase access to meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

“I’ve always believed in the power of hands-on learning and real-world skill building,” Danielle said. “I’m excited to continue helping individuals grow their confidence and independence through meaningful work—that’s really at the heart of what we do at EmployAbility.”
