December Parent & Caregiver Team Meeting Preview

At this month’s meeting, guest speaker Mandy Roe will share practical self-care and self-regulation strategies to support caregiver well-being. With her background in early childhood education, social-emotional learning, and mindfulness, Mandy will offer simple tools to help caregivers stay grounded and better support the children and adults in their lives.

We will also spend time brainstorming topics of interest for our 2026 meetings, and we look forward to everyone’s ideas and input!

Staff Supervised EmployAbility Rec Night is available for adult participants and children 10 & older - for parents / caregivers who attend the meeting

Introducing PACT: Parent and Caregiver Team

A New Support and Resource Group from EmployAbility

Are you a parent or caregiver of a person with a disability or an IEP/504 Plan? Whether your loved one is part of EmployAbility’s programs or not, you are invited to join PACT - a grassroots group built by caregivers, for caregivers.

What is PACT?

PACT is a new monthly gathering where families can connect, share, and grow together. This group offers a supportive space for parents and caregivers of individuals with disabilities - to build community, exchange information, and hear from guest speakers on topics you care about.

Monthly Meetings:
