Our Quality of Life Approach is a respectful, structured way to support people. It’s a way of thinking, not just a series of steps to take. Quality of Life supports people to be all they can be with a focus on equality, social justice, and human rights. Quality of Life focuses on each person’s values and aspirations. When we create a person-centered plan, that participant is a core part of the planning and support team. When the individual is a part of their own team, the plan reflects their values, ambitions, and passions.
