Dear EmployAbility Families and Caregivers, 

We would like to share an important leadership update as EmployAbility continues to grow and strengthen the services we provide to the individuals and families we support. 

Danielle Lazo will now oversee all EmployAbility services, providing leadership and coordination across our programs. Danielle has played an important role in the growth of our services, particularly as our Workforce Development programs have expanded. Her experience, commitment to our mission, and understanding of the needs of the individuals and families we serve make her well suited to this expanded leadership role. 

We also want to share that Mike Calonita, affectionately known throughout EmployAbility as “Big Mike,” has accepted a new position. While we are sad to see Mike leave EmployAbility, we are excited for him as he begins this next chapter in his career. Mike has been a valued member of our team since 2016, bringing his leadership, experience, and genuine care for the people we serve to our Enrichment Services programs. We are grateful for the many ways he has contributed to our organization and wish him continued success in this new adventure. 

Our transportation processes will remain unchanged, with Talayna, our Enrichment Services Manager, serving as the primary point of contact while we continue evaluating our long-term needs.
