OVERVIEW OF SERVICES 

The Enrichment Center – This program provides daily opportunities to explore the community, cultivate new friendships, and improve self-help & adaptive skills. This includes community volunteerism and daily living skills relating to self‐care, communication, self‐direction, and other areas that expand opportunities for community inclusion and increased self‐sufficiency. 

Academic and Training Programs 

Pre Employment Training Services (Pre-ETS) – This program is delivered to high school students from ages 14-21 with training and experiential opportunities designed to help prepare them for integrated employment and post-secondary training and education. Camp Grow and Tours fall within this area.  

The Academy – This program is designed to support participants interested in starting a career.  Instructors work with individuals to find the right occupation that aligns with their interests, abilities, and goals. 

Supported Employment Services (SES) – This program is to begin participants begin new careers with interview coaching, job training, and job placement assistance. Our job coaches work with each participant to identify preferences for employment then act as liaisons for the duration of the job to sustain success. 

Case Management Services (Employment Services Coordination) – Case Management Services provides pro‐active support to participants and their families through advocacy, coordination, and linkage with community resources and support services. 

 

OVERVIEW OF FUNDING 

Medicaid (Waiver) 

  • Academy 

  • Service is paid based upon how many hours the participant is directly served 

  • If the participant stays away from campus for any reason, there is no payment 

  • Billed at $13.00 per hour 

  • 6 hours maximum per day 

  • 21 days maximum per month 

 

  • Enrichment Center 

  • Service is paid based upon how many hours the participant is directly served

  • Supported Employment 

  • Service is paid based upon visits and how many hours the participant works for the given month (SEG vs SEI) 

  • SEG 

  • Participant works more than 60 hours per month 

  • Billed at $8.48 per hour – based on hours worked by the participant 

  • SEI 

  • Participant works less than 60 hours per month 

  • Billed at $34.23 per hour – based on hours staff provided service to the participant 

  • Participants must be visited a minimum of 2 times per month (4 hours) 

 

Community Integrated Employment (CIE) 

  • Supported Employment 

  • State-funded (do not qualify for Medicaid) 

  • Participants must work a minimum of 4 hours per week or working towards working a minimum of 4 hours per week 

  • Participants must be visited a minimum of 2 times per month 

  • Billed at $604.80 per month if the above conditions are met  

Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD / GIA)  

Supported Employment 

  • State funded (do not qualify for Medicaid) 

  • Participants must be visited a minimum of 2 times per month 

  • Billed at $604.80 per month if the above conditions are met  

Enrichment Center

Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA)  

  • Supported Employment 

  • Service is paid upon participant completion of specific phases (5 total) 

  • Phase 1 – Identification ($250 one-time payment) 

  • Ready to begin employment; discuss employment goals 

  • Phase 2 – Job Development ($1,000 one-time payment) 

  • Discovery process; discuss skills, desires; resume building, interviews 

  • Phase 3 – Training & Initiation ($1,875 one-time payment) 

  • Job accepted; orientation, training, employee paperwork 

  • Phase 4 – Stabilization ($1,250 one-time payment) 

  • Reduction in direct support needed 

  • Phase 5 – Extended Services (Variable based upon participant hourly wage; $2,125 - $2,525 one-time payment) 

  • After approximately 30 days of the start of stabilization 

  • May qualify for other funding after completion (Medicaid, CIE, DBHDD) 

  • Pre-ETS – Pre-employment Transition Services 

  • 5 hours per term of the academic year (3 terms). 1 hour for each of 5 subject areas. $100 per student per session. $150 pers student per session beyond 60 miles. 

  • Pre-ETS Tours Industry/College/Military  

  • Setting up and directing tours to help students explore post-secondary options. $200 per student per tour 

  • Camp Grow 

  • A 5-day 30-hour summer camp program for employment training covering the same 5 subject areas as Pre-ETS. We’re responsible for all transportation, activities, and food at a rate of $1,750 for the week.
