Who is Eligible?

14 to 22-year-olds enrolled in an educational program with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 plan, or other disability documentation.

What We Offer:

1. Self-Advocacy Instruction: Learn to communicate and assert your needs and interests effectively.

2. Counseling on Post-Secondary Opportunities: Explore education and training options after high school.

3. Job Exploration Counseling: Identify career opportunities that match your interests.

4. Work-Based Learning: Connect school experiences to real job activities and future careers.

5. Workplace Readiness Training: Develop essential soft skills and traits valued by employers.

Service Options

  • In Schools

    Would you like for us to teach Pre-ETS in your classroom?

    1-hour class sessions will be held up to 5 times per term/semester.

    You set the schedule, and we will accommodate it!

  • After School Program

    EmployAbility’s 6-week Pre-ETS program will be held after school from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

    Transportation is provided from the school. Participants will be dropped off at home after classes end at 5:00 pm.
