14 to 22-year-olds enrolled in an educational program with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 plan, or other disability documentation. Students who graduate in May will not be eligible for Summer Camp, but may qualify for Employment and Enrichment Services!

1. Self-Advocacy Instruction: Learn to communicate and assert your needs and interests effectively.
2. Counseling on Post-Secondary Opportunities: Explore education and training options after high school.
3. Job Exploration Counseling: Identify career opportunities that match your interests.
4. Work-Based Learning: Connect school experiences to real job activities and future careers.
5. Workplace Readiness Training: Develop essential soft skills and traits valued by employers.

Weekly rate after: $175
Full summer rate: $150 per week ($1,200 total)
